After you have decided what you want to do with your call recording eg. create a call summary, you can choose to turn it into a pdf document, a word document or plaintext and HOMOBONUS emails you the result. After which you can edit and copy to your own company letterhead or any other document you are creating.

I already transcribe my calls. Can I just upload the transcript instead of the call recording?

Do I need internet access to upload call recordings?

Yes you will need internet access either via 4g or your normal wifi.

Do I need a phone signal to use HOMOBONUS desktop calling?

Accepted Answer

No, to make a call from your desktop, you only need to have an internet connection.

However, to open an account initially you will need to have a normal phone signal in order to receive the code. When opening an account you will receive an automated telephone call from our US security provider, Twilio, giving you the security code. This security measure insures it is your account by matching it with your phone number.

But once you are set up, you only need a wifi signal.

WIll the phone intergration work if I use whatspp to make a call.

Homobonus has the abililty to record a whatsapp call so long as the conversation is done on an open speaker setting. Homobonus will then upload that recording saving you the effort.

What happens to all my call recordings

You can leave them on our secure AWS cloud server, or, delete them immediatley. It's up to you. You are in control.
